Escrow & Trust

Every transaction, held safely until transfer clears.

Buying digital real estate is different from buying groceries. The asset has to move from one owner's control to another, and that transfer takes time. Escrow is what makes the handoff honest for both sides.

How it works

1 · Offer accepted

Once buyer and seller agree on price, we open an escrow ticket and generate a written asset transfer agreement — signed by both parties.

2 · Buyer funds escrow

Buyer pays into a segregated escrow account — never our operating funds. Payment methods: card, ACH, wire, GCash, or Bitcoin (concierge-processed).

3 · Seller transfers the asset

Seller pushes the domain to the buyer's registrar / hands over site login / transfers the social handle / assigns the GBP listing. Concierge verifies each transfer.

4 · Buyer confirms

Buyer has 72 hours to inspect and confirm control. Any dispute pauses release automatically.

5 · Funds released

Escrow releases the balance to the seller minus our tier-based commission (7% Novice / 5% Professional / 3% Investor).

If something goes wrong

Every ticket has a named concierge. If either party disputes the transfer, we freeze release and mediate directly — most cases resolve within 48 hours. If a dispute cannot be resolved, escrow returns funds to the buyer and the listing is relisted at no charge.

Escrow is included for every listing — no extra fee, no separate signup.
